Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 2 cups arepa flour

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 1/2 cups water

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a separate small bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
