  • 400g spaghetti

Directions

  • Heat the Olive Oil: Warm 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  • Sauté Veggies: Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  • Cook the Meat: Add ground beef and pancetta (or bacon). Brown the meat, breaking it up with a spoon until it’s cooked through and no longer pink.
