  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped 🍃

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder 🧄

  • 1 tbsp onion powder 🧅

  • 1 tbsp salt 🧂

  • 1 tbsp black pepper

  • 1 large onion, quartered

  • 1 lemon, halved 🍋

  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed 🧄

  • 2 cups chicken broth 🍲

Directions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Prepare Herb Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Season the Turkey: Pat the turkey dry with paper towels. Rub the herb butter generously under the skin and all over the turkey, making sure to coat it well.
  • Stuff the Turkey: Place the onion, lemon halves, and garlic cloves inside the cavity of the turkey for added flavor.
