Ingredients
Slices White breadwith trimmed edges
2-3 Fresh parsley sprigs
2 tsp onion powder
Salt – to taste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 pack Licious Chicken Breast Fillet (Thinly Sliced)
1 tbsp dried herbs
Crushed black peppercorns
4 tsp olive oil
Mustard paste
Saffron mayonnaise to serve
¼ cup oil
Microgreens as garnish
Directions
- Place the chicken breasts on a platter and coat them with salt, crushed black peppercorns, onion powder, garlic powder, dried mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
- Set aside for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
