Ingredients
8 oz pasta of your choice
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
