Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup baby potatoes, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
