  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
