  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp Flour (for thickening)

  • 12 oz Egg Noodles

  • Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • Cook the Noodles: Start by cooking the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
